Happy Birthday Tru!
I decided to treat Tru to a gastronomic experience for his birthday.An extravagant five course degustation menu with a creative fusion theme to tempt his fickle palate... yeah right - more like an East-meets-West crash collision hotchpotch of some favourites and whatever I thought my culinary skills could manage while
entertaining the two kids... From making the tuna mayonnaise for the vitello to decorating the cake - it took me all day (I thankfully made the cake a day ahead) but the results were... ummm.. delicious!
