Stuvac: T vs Crying Kids

The countdown to the written exam has commenced - only 1 week to go and T has taken study leave. The two little munchkins and I have to be on our bestest behaviour (dammit!) - I have to minimise all the crying, whinging, back-chatting and other unacceptable noisy behaviour that normally goes on in this place (a tall order or what?) to allow T maximum undisrupted study time (where is that Supernanny when you need her?). Alas for poor T there is no escape, 'cos if it's not us, there is plenty of loud crying from kids next door and other adjoining properties (we've heard so much that we can now accurately identify the owners of the crying/tantruming - sounds like the whole neighbourhood needs the Supernanny, huh?). He's even had to resort to studying in the car parked out in the street - what would the neighbours have thought??
